How Team DUKE Works

Team DUKE empowers you to actively support the fight against cancer.

• Join Team DUKE for Free at www.teamduke.org. Click “Join Team DUKE” on the homepage and follow the steps.
• Pick an event. Participate in as many events and in as many different sports as you like — all year long. Click the “Events” tab for suggestions. Lead a healthy lifestyle to help prevent cancer.
• Set up your Team DUKE web page. Insert a photo and say why the fight against cancer is important to you.
• Fundraise. No minimum donations and no minimum fundraising goal, everyone can participate. Aim for $500 or more each year. You will be amazed how many people support your efforts when you set your goals high and ask for support.
  Ask your family, friends, co-workers and employers to donate through your Team DUKE web page. All donations go directly to the John Wayne Cancer Foundation.
• Wear your Team DUKE jersey to show your support for the fight against cancer.
